The pix are spectacular. How lucky are we that they posted pix so fast.
Did you see this one?

Trust me when I say I will NEVER be able to build that good. And I consider myself an optimist

Chip is on fire on the sequences and considering how much more they count than the free he is the early favorite in my opinion.
CPLR looks like the magician in the freestyle. Can't wait to see a video(or 3) of his freestyle performances. Come on people put those Video cameras to good use...
Anyone else noticed that there is only one Edge in the TOC and currently at the bottom of the pile? It can't be the pilot at that level, right??

Can'it be that Edges suck for serious competition?

There is also only one Yak and one Ultimate too. And they are not on the bottom of the pile.
I personnaly like it when something different is flown.

Chad, what plane are you going to be flying next year? Do the Evolis XXL's fly as good as they look?

I have an Enigma as well (new evolution of the Evolis), there are some significant changes between the two so I am not sure if it will fly better or worse than the Evolis. I will be using one of those two models at the WC next summer.
If you want I can forward you an email that I sent to the pattern list with my comparisons between the Evolis and the Vector, and as well the design changes between the Evolis and the Enigma, send me your email address if you want it.

I wonder why Chip fell two places? That is odd, but you never know what the competitors there try. Maybe Christophe and Quique were holding out a little until the semi-finals...
Robert, when are you going to have your Funtana finished?
NOTE:
to everybody reading this forum...
I am sorry I get off track sometimes, even though we are talking about the TOC.

I sure hope Sean McMurtry wins the whole thing, someday. Looks like it won't happen this year, though. He's finished as high as third (1998) but this year he just barely made the final cut. In person, he is one of the nicest persons I have ever been around. He has only been flying about 10 years, since he was 16-17 years old, and competing against guys who have been flying since they were tots.

Lost his plane during his last freestyle. Did a blender on low rates, plane went below the trees with a loud thump.....
Black smoke was seen at the crash site. Planes was a total loss.....
