Default CG question on GP Cap 580

I have a GP MAtt Chapman Cap 580. It flies well. I have a question about the CG location on it.
When I fly in a knife edge, it pulls to the belly or gear really bad. I have to really give it alot of up elevator to keep it flying in a straight line.
Does this mean that it is tail heavy ? I balanced it per the manual.
I have a Rossi .60 on the nose of it with a 13x4w prop.
Is this just a bad flight characteristic of this plane ?
