what are some good .40 sized aerobatic planes?

The first one I would recommend is a Kyosho Cap 232. See my webpage link in my signature for pics and a review.

I would also consider a Hanger 9 Ultra Sport 40, Kyosho Breitling Sukhoi, and Great Planes Extra 300S. I'm of the opinion that all are fun aerobatic 40 size airplanes.

Hi newbieguy!

Sorry about the multiple post thing... don't let it discourage you.

There are lots of cool .40 size aerobatic planes. To help me narrow down the choices... can you tell me your expecations for the plane? What level you fly at?... what you want to practice?... how you want it to look? etc.?

Dave had kits for the edge on his tables at a swap meet last week.
Don't see on his site but Dave and Mike (the designer) live close to each other so I would guess he is a distributor.

Great Planes makes a .40 size Cap232 thats said to be an even better flyer than their Extra300S, apparently it was designed with 3D in mind and is a bit lighter.
