I haven't flown the Harrier but I have a lot of experience with the UCD. It hovers very easy. I don't see how the Harrier could be much easier. I think the YS63 would be a good engine but I think you'd be disappointed in the OS70. If not the YS I'd go with the Saito82. That's the engine I've used and I like it. Some have even used the Saito 100 or Saito/Magnum/OS91. All of those engines seem to work good. These UCDs and I'm sure the Harrier also are really fun planes to fly. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks
Barry

Dunno about the airframe but I would recommend the YS-63FZ/S over any other 4 stroke in that class- The Saito-82 would be my second choice---

I like my UCD46/Ys63fz..... But I started looking for more...
I'm in the process of installing a Mag 91 but still trying to find
a deal on a Saito 100.... Go with atleast the YS.... forget the
70... Better yet Saito 82 and up:-)

I don't know about the Harrier but I have a U-Can Do .46 with a Saito 100 and have never looked back. Does everything most flyers are capable of.

I have the Harrier 46 with a saito 82, my only complaint was the weak landing gear, otherwise awsome plane with the 82, i was runing a apc 14x4w but switched to a master airscrew k series 13x8, fit my flying style better
