Tucson Aerobatic Shootour who's got?
Is it really as good as the say in the ad's?
I was thinking of order it but just wanted to hear from someone who watched it first!
Thanks

I have it too, BEST VID ever, also bought their Warbirds over the ROCKIES, worth the money also.
Nothing against SKS or others, but this VID is GOOD.
Do not know why they did not do Tuscon again this year.
BUY IT, you will LOVE IT.
Better yet, Have wife/girlfriend buy it for Christmas.
(and NO I do not have anything to do with the production company[8D])

I have this on DVD and it really is great, you do feel somebody has taken the time to edit the thing properly and give some of that polished TV production value. The graphics are a tad dodgy but I would say that being an Art Director. The interviews and shots of the planes, the general storyline and the extra features are fantastic. The flying shots are very good indeed, it really is hard to follow a plane on camera and yet still get a feel for the space and scope and these guys seem to be getting there. Buy it, it is witout doubt the best produced so far.

It is well worth the 30 bucks they charge. Having limited experience with video production my guess is that the cost of production was probably 75-100k. The average video that you can buy probably cost a couple of grand to make. My guess is this shootout video will make a profit because it is great and hopefully it will be the standard for all future videos. I have a high def TV and this video looks great. I pop it in when a friend comes by because most of them don't understand my hobby. Within a few minutes of watching this movie they understand my addiction. Even my wife is going to attend the Shootout next year with me and the kids based upon what she saw.

Its the best RC video I have ever seen (With the exception of the that late 80's classic Duraplane the Movie). Everyone needs to buy one if for nothing else to get them back out next year. You can pick up alot of stuff watching theses guys fly and looking at there planes.
If anyone does happen to have that Duraplane movie I would love to get a copy. We used watch it all time when I worked at HobbyShack.
