C.G extreem 330 or Morris top cap
I fly giant scale 3d stuff and wanted to know what you guys thought of these two planes. I have a OS 70 4 stroke. Is this too much motor (weight) for these planes. The extreem 330 is a little bigger and takes up to a 62. Any input would help

I have had both. and am still flying the CG 330 . I prefer the 330 ! The Top Cap is heavier and doesn't flat spin as nice, but tumbles better. Both hover OK ! Knife edge is nice on both also. The 330 looks better, and if you don't like to mess with pull pull, then go with the 330. I also think that the covering and quality might be better. The Top Cap has a weak spot at the fuse right behind the wing. I would reinforce there. It cracks easy.
Your engine is more then enough power for both.
Now if you are really looking for a nice Profile, then build yourself a Morris Gee Whiz Bee. Doesn't come as an ARF though, but much better flier then the two other.

C.G extreem 330 or Morris top cap
Thanks for the info , Texas
I looked at both in a shop side by side and I also liked the 330
better. It looked better built and I liked the servos in the back
Control surfaces looked big on the 330 and looked like it would handle a 70 little bit better.
What size motor do you guys use on a morris top cap. I know what the box says on it
