ah, 6V are FINE for the 8411's. Twitchiness goes away under any kind of load (including air load). One 8411 is enough. 4.8 v is fine also. yes i know that dave now has it set up for 2 servos per wing, but i believe that it also states one having more torque than the other. whether that is for weight or recommended total torque, i don't know.

you can always use a regulator if you don't like the twitchiness, but it really doesn't matter. at least this is what i have been told by horizon.

the dp is a nice plane. i have a zdz 50 in mine.

cheers

joe

The jitters dont go away in the air. If you watch my vids you may see it. The thing flutters like crazy unless I do rollin harriers all the time.

Mecam: Thanks for letting me know... i shall have to publish that fact. A lot of people have been downloading them and not being able to get MP to work... my advice has been to use quicktime.. and that's always worked... i'll start using my handicam as soon as i get some kind of transfer lead.

Yes.. the Extra is more stable than the edge... as soon as I upload the harrier videos I have of my H9 Edge you'll see straight away... of course it's not helped by being underpowered to the point whee it's dangerous to 3D, and it only has standard servos... but i'd really like to see some more vids with low H9 harriers.. the only ones i've found are my own, and that makes me feel that a lot of people are finding the same problem... i'm gonna finish downloading mecam's vid now!

Wow $50. Well, give me the site anyway. I'm spending too much money lightening this puppy up. Hope it will be worth the changes. I wish it will fly like the UCD (18oz of wing loading), now I'm dreaming.
