How to run kevlar pull-pull

I'm working on a CG Ultimate and I need to run the pull pull rudder. I know the kevlar crosses against it's self but how do you typically get it out of the fuse? It doesn't line up where they put it, I thought maybe building the tail up (it's just framed) and put one of those push rod fuse exit things. Can you run some flex tube outer wall out the fuse and run it through there?
Any pictures would help too. I have the Sullivan brand BTW.

Tie a needle to one end, and get one of those retractable magnets (got mine for a dollar at a discount store) and stick it through the fuse and use the magnet to get the needle.

Thanks aerobatixkid, it's still frame work only, the issue is that one of the guys said the cable crosses inside. I tried it strait and it works great but it still touches the edges as it comes out. My question is rather or not I need to run this portion where it exits the fuse inside a piece of nylon tube so it doesn't rub the sides of the fuse and I think I do.
I took off the Klett tail wheel steering arms (the one mounted on the rudder), glassed back over the area I gouged out so I could put the servo arms there and I think all is well.
