70" WingSpan, 827sq in. of wing area, For IMAC and 3D use is 28ounces/sqft. too high? This is on a 70" Laser 200.

Ypur plane must weight slightly over 10 pounds.

28 Oz/sqft is a good number for 3D/Imac.

Default Is plane size a question?

that's correct. I know that would be fine for say an Extra or Cap, that have a little closer aspect ratio between fuse and wing, but a laser has a relatively short fuse per wing, so this plane although only 6" shorter in wingspan to a DP Extra, is a significantly smaller aircraft at 59" in length. With that in mind, do you still think that wing loading is acceptable and won't manifest itself as a chronic tip-staller?
It's the Pacific Aero models Laser by the way. I have an OS 1.60 at my disposal, and I'm trying to determine if I'm going to make it a pig with that engine. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks,
Eric

You should be fine. The wing is very similar to an Extra's. After flying the UCD, I'll bet any plane looks too heavy .

I take the wing area, usually given in square inches, divide that by 144 to convert to square feet. Then take the pounds of the aircraft and multiply by 16 to convert in ounces. then divide the ounces by the square feet to give you the wing loading in ounces per square feet.
