Default H9 Extra 260 corkscrewing

I have about a dozen flights on my new H9 Extra 260 with DA50.

Whenever I use more than about 5-7 degrees of elevator, the plane corkscrews to the right. I've checked the movement of both halves of the elevator and they appear very equal. I've got no mixing set to other control surfaces (my radio doesn't support it, I don't think--Hitec Flash 5)

any ideas or suggestions? Is this common with the H9 260?

Any chance that a control rod is flexing when it is under a load? I always use 4-40 all thread with .188 diamater carbon fiber tube over my elevator and rudder rods.

Flexing control linkage or a weak/slow servo. Try placing a little pressure against each one when you work the elevator to see if one is weak. Also check that you don't accidentally have a mix in there somewhere you don't know about.

good suggestions, guys. I'll check it out.

i was thinking perhaps it's just my thumb; that I'm pulling back and a bit to the right, 'tho I haven't had this problem while flying my other planes.
