I would read through this thread and watch the videos Mike added to the thread

and decide which ones would be best for your current flying skill level.
Cetain manuevers can be hard for one person and easy for the next so it's hard to say which ones to start out with. If you have a decent simulator, burn loads of time on it practicing. You also need to burn a lot of fuel as well. Start up high until you are comfortable then bring it lower, get comfortable, then come lower even more.

One thing about 3D flying that is important is learning to use the RUDDER a lot. As a sport flyer we don't really bother but when I tried out 3D i realise it is so necessary. Flying figure of 8s using rudder, then flying inverted and dioing rudder turns in figure 8s. Guess the most fun is to learn how to prop hang, that is what everyone enjoys.
