Not that you need all this info but have a read through this older thread about this airplane. You'll have to read between the lines a bit as some of the info isn't usefull. Everyone has their own opinion but I would get rid of the supplied links and replace them with something stiffer link 4-40 rod or carbon and use good 100oz servos all around. If you do this and keep your speed down you should not have any of the problems with flutter shown in the thread.

I used the supplied pull-pull gear all last year without any problems.

The DP extra is a great flying plane....I love mine.

Default Linkages

Here is a pic of my elevator linkage. My ailerons are connected about the same. On the ailerons and on the elevators I used the supplied metal control horns - alot of guys used Rocket City. However, like almost everyone, I tossed out the control rod hardware . I went with 4-40 rod and good ball links .

my dp has a plywood built over the wing tube and the tank is mounted on the CG. You need to run a pump to do it this way but the CG never changes... I ran the metal horn that Cheek ran and its working fine on all the surfaces. I have 3-8411 and 2-5625 on the elevators.
