For the slow RPM we want in 3D, the wide blade props perform better. They work better in the lower range, the thinner props work better in the high range.

i dont like them they spool up slower. then again i have faster spinning props, IMO better for 3D as it gives more responce. saying that on my latest plane 5000rpm is fast!

I like the "W" blades... Seems to be better for me with my type flying(trying 3D)
plus they slow you better on landings.... But I like the normal pitch props when
I'm tumbling around
