I agree, the plane is very light and maneuverable. It will fly good with the 150 im sure.

The DP Ultimate is by far the nicest flying plane I've owned. I've had 3 of them! It 3d's very good. I used the Saito 180 on mine and it would hover and pull striaght up and out of it no problem and I am about 6,500 ft above sea level. Use the pull-pull set-up for elevator. It's nice and light and works great. Have fun!

Default servos

I recommend using Hitec 605's on the elevator and rudder and a Hitec 81 mini servo on the throttle. I use Hitec 545's on ailerons. Also, I recommend using a 6v battery for maximum torque and speed from your servos.

JOPLINRCFLIER-- I wouldn't use a gas engine period on this plane. It just makes it to heavy and that would be a shame for such a nice light plane....my 2 cents...

WELL I HAVE MY ULTIMATE ABOUT 50% COMPLETE AND CANT WAIT TO GET IT OUT TO THE FIELD! WHATS THE SECRET WHEN ROUTING THE CABLES FROM THE SERVOS TO THE CONTROL SURFACE? I HAVE MY ELEVATOR COMPLETLY SET UP AND IT HAS A SLIGHT BIND IN IT AT CENTER WHEN GOING FROM FULL DOWN ELEVATR TO FULL UP. I THINK THE CABLES ARE EITHER BINDING WITH EACH OTHER OR INSIDE THE FUSE SOMEWHERE. DID YOU GUYS USE TUBBING TO ROUTE THE CABLES OR ARE THEY JUST ROUTED IN THE FUSE?

No risers and no binding here. have a small concern about the cable exiting the fuse even with the smoothing of the exits, so I'll put a short piece of nylon tube there. This thing was a no brainer to build and overall it seems to be top shelf for an arf. 99.9% done with it. need to run the Moki in and take it to the field next.
