Default just ordered mine

should have mine monday afternoon, I went to the 135 Moki and bisson pitts to save me from hacking into that cowl too much. I saw that slimline makes a nice pitts style muffler for the saito 150. Have you placed the order for it yet? Planning on using 4 hitec 225 mg's on the ailerons and 5425 digital's on the rudder and elevator. true turn ultimate spinner and a bolly 16.5 x 8 prop. does anyone know why they call the new color blue when it's clearly purple?

U may have 2 notch out the rear area of your firewall for the standard satio muffler. i am running JR-535 on the ailerons and a jr-8101 on the elevator and a jr-8411 on the rudder.

Default Ultimate adn saito 1.50

I have the combo and am looking at whether I should use the pitts muffler or the standard one... Are you guys gonna put a pump on it? I am wondering whether it will need it if the tank is right behind the firewall. I plan on trying to 3d with it. I have the blue one waiting at the LHS Putting 545s in the wings and 645s in the tail, 545s same price as the 225s and have have 5 pole motors.

try to put the tank 5mm lower than the center of the carb.... even without that you should'nt need a pump for that saito. Hey how much do the 545's weigh? the 225 hitec's are under 1oz. each.... This is the first Moki I've purchased any tips to setting it up?

Default saito

hey on an earier post I noticed that notching the firewall may be needed to run that saito... I had to do the same thing with my edge.... However you might want to try mac's pipes for a 90 degree header this might reduce the amount of firewall modification

Default slimline

Slimline makes a nice 70 degree pitts style muffler for the saito.. Horizon Hobbies I think may have some. I have no clue how much cowl trimming is needed in the dp ultimate to make it work however

Default hitec 545s

Esport,
they are 1.56 oz and the 255s are 1 oz (.99) so for 2 more ozs you get 5 pole motors and a much more diverse servo IMO. They are standard size MG servos. The speed is .17 @ 6Vts and 76.37 oz of torque. My concern with the 255s is the size and design of the servo. Being minis I am concerned about the surface size they will control. I am leaning toward the 454s

Jeff who makes the 454's? I was thinking that that was a JR servo. I tried looking it up and was unable to find it.. it does sound like a good one

Default it's here

that big box came today... wow, nice! metalic and peral covering... test fit all the parts this evening, I can't seem to find a problem anywhere. This is by far the finest arf I've seen. Jeff I'm going to go the 225 route to save weight where I can, the servo covers are designed to take the standard size servo without a shim... no biggie to add a shim for the smaller servo. Have you picked yours up yet? Eric :rainfro:

Default rudder and elevator

have some nice digitals for the rudder and elevator the 5645 on the rudder and the 5425 on the elevator should do the trick. still waiting for someone to add something about the Moki 135 and bisson combo for power on the DP ultimate.... well that's what's going in there on mine, we'll see. Eric
