What are you guys using for servo arms? I am tuning a Hanger 9 Showtime and dont seem to have enough throw as per the manual for high rates. Wondering if there are special long servo arms made for 3D throws. Thanks

Also be sure that you are using all of or nearly all of the ATV adjustment. Some brands reserve almost 50% of the travel available for ATV, not good for 3D machine servos to use a small part of their gear systems with high loads.

some radios can drive the servo to 150% travel each way.SWB,Airwild make good 1 inch plus, aluminum horns to match your servos. The DUBro plastic ones will probaly do for the Showtime.

DuBro "Long" (they come on a tree) or the G.P. Heavy Duty (up to 2-1/2" for singles!) with inserts for various makes. On anything over 70 oz.-in. I use aluminum (Futaba makes 1" & 1.5" single arm).
And I agree about trim. The better you have it mechanically the less throw is consumed for electronic trims and endpoints.

Just kidding!
