I'm interested in 1/2A (.049 to .061) 3D flying. Anything out there in that size? I'm supposing something with 250 squares and 10 to 12 ounces would work.

Might want to scale down a Fun 15. Mine's 36 oz with an OS20FP (and a removeable wing which adds a little weight). If I remember right its got a 36 inch span, so maybe 75%. If I find the post I'll edit this and put in a link.
