You might try something like this. availible from: http://www.peakmodel.com/index.php?m...eyword=YAK54-B
A 25% Yak. I believe the 140 should pull it around pretty good

1 would probably try to stick to a wingspan size of about 70" - 75" and about 10-12lbs. Any of the above airplanes you mentioned would work really well. Yak 54 , extra 260/300 , and also take a look at the sukhois. Some people prefer the edge 540.....myself , i have never liked the way the edge flies. It just doesn't seem to fit my flying style. Most of your extreme 3D airplanes will have a mid-wing too , and those first airplanes mentioned work very well. Also....if you can find one , a Katana or Funtana is really good too and are under rated.

Getting your motor to perform in the powerband for 3D is most important.
You will need torque from idle and response time to be quick.Power from midrange to peak is last ideal.
Prop selection is key also.
A 68-72 inch 10 pounder is about right.A tunnel is hard to find in the smaller ones.
Perhaps the QQ Yak? an Extreme Flight? Wildhare or Aeroworks small scale? There are many others, depending budget.
