Default Hinge Points in non-Pro Kits

I have a Raven kit - got it quite a while back, only got around to building it last week. I was thinking of using mini hinge points as per instruction's suggestion. As there are no slots, etc. in the wing/ailerons/rudder/elevator (as in the Pro kits), what is the best way to install the hinges? Cut slots? Drill holes? If holes, how do you get them straight? Also, what is the best glue to use - foam safe CA, epoxy, polyurethane?

Are there other/better/easier alternatives for hinges for this kit?

Hi, first, push the hinges into the foam with no glue and test fit the hinges and surfaces, then I put a drop of oil on the hinge points if thats what your going to use, put some foam safe CA on them, then I just push them in. Hope that helps.
