A general rule of thumb, DON'T EVER MESS WITH THE LOW-SPEED IDLE!!!!!!!!!!!! OK, I got that out of the way. Seeing how you or someone else might have, the other rule is take the low-speed out level with the end of the throttle arm if it has been messed with.
On most carbs, 3 turns out on the high-speed needle should get it started.
