Walking the wing! Better make him as full of holes as a cheesgrater, or you'll be fighting some whole new control problems! But we CAN get him across the wing. Go and buy a servo for an R/C Sailboat sail, that's made to wind cords in both directions. You can simply pull him across the wing with it, and then back if you like, what the heck...

I'll look and see what kind of motors I still have around from my larger planes, I don't think I have much left.. If I were you I'd sell that plane and use the proceeds to buy a nice Little Something Extra ARF, and then you'll be able to set up the whole dang plane for less than that motor would have cost you by itself! I've been selling off my giants and doing the same thing, sometimes getting two minis from the proceeds from one giant.
