I have a super tigre 90
Im having problems getting it started, My lad adjusted the idle mixture screw and the high speed needle.

What i have tried is completely flushed all fuel out the cylinder and carb, Tried little adjustments to both needles.

Do you know the carb settings for this engine, or what i can try
