I have a super tigre 90
Im having problems getting it started, My lad adjusted the idle mixture screw and the high speed needle.
What i have tried is completely flushed all fuel out the cylinder and carb, Tried little adjustments to both needles.
Do you know the carb settings for this engine, or what i can try

I would suggest that you get help from an RC pilot before you try and start it again. If the throttle cable and servo aren't adjusted properly then you might not be able to shut the engine down if you need to and that should be checked first. A 90 size engine needs a 13" prop which if spinning at full throttle say 12000 rpm could do a lot of damage if you get in its way. An experienced pilot can spot things right away and probably get it running in a minute and then explain to you what the problem was. Now say you do manage to get it running, whats your next step??? i looked at my st manual they recommended 4 to 4 1/2 turns out from closed for starters,i assume this motor is broken in already, recommended break in props 12x8/13x6.prop ranges are from 11x8 to 13x7dont set the idle screw until you get it started and running on high end.you can get the pdf manual from the st web sight, they recommend using the pinch test method of tunning.hope this helps.

I am going to tell you what I have going on here at 5000ft in New Mexico.
1. My 90 and other St's like to start really wet.
2. My low end is set around 4-5 turns out.
3. My engine runs well but is a pain to start unless wet.
4. Do the blowing method to set your low end in a general area. Open the high end 2-3 turns and completely close the low end. Attach a
separate fuel tube to the carb nipple. Then at the same time, blow into the tube and open the low end until you here a hissing noise. Your low end should now be set well enough to get it running and adjust from their.

Something from the manufacturer:
To properly set up your carburetor, there are a few steps...
Make sure the spraybar is set so that the fuel slot is pointed straight down the center of the carburetor. You will have to look through the carb from the bottom, with the venturi opened to full. Loosen the two screws next to the high-speed needle valve to rotate the spraybar so that the slot is centered.
The idle needle can be seen in the slot of the spraybar. It looks like a piece of wire that has the end squarely cutoff. It should be less than one-half way across the slot when the venturi is opened to full.
The high-speed needle should be opened about 2-1/2 to 3 turns out from closed.
All of these settings are very rich. You'll have to start the engine at about 1/4 to 1/3 throttle. Once the engine starts, advance the throttle to full. You can then lean the high-speed needle until the engine is running just rich of peak RPM.
Once you have the high-speed needle set, you can retard the throttle a bit and use the idle needle to adjust the engine. Retard a bit, and adjust. Keep doing this until you have reached the desired idle RPM and mixture. Remember, since we started out with an intentionally-rich setting, the idle mixture will have to be leaned.
Finally, the midrange can be adjusted by rotating the spraybar a hair. Just loosen the two screws next to the high-speed needle and rotate the spraybar just a tiny bit. Either direction is OK. This will help you get a good transition and midrange.

There is a Super Tigre thread dedicated to setting up these engines, in the glow engines area. You really should check it out, your problem may already be adressed. This is a factory representative answering the questions. I have found his techniques to solve all of my ST set up issues. Once they are properly broken in and set up, they are very reliable engines. Just plan on spending some time breaking them in. The owner's manual is available on the Tower site for that engine in PDF format, you may want to start with the manual.
Good luck.
Good luck.
