Thanks for the clarification and it simply supports what I said - the 12000 should be grateful to the few who take the time to keep things going, the sad fact is that once individual personalities get involved crap happens.

Re the AGM, I have no doubts that the BOD will run a proper meeting, but there are many back channel issues that could indeed surface there. Time will tell.
