i looked at my st manual they recommended 4 to 4 1/2 turns out from closed for starters,i assume this motor is broken in already,recommended break in props 12x8/13x6.prop ranges are from 11x8 to 13x7dont set the idle screw until you get it started and running on high end.you can get the pdf manual from the st web sight,they recommend using the pinch test method of tunning.hope this helps.
