This could be any of the following

As mentioned another radio on in inpound
Bad or weak battery
Loose connections
metal hitting metal (loose muffler maybe)
loose or bad crystal
Weak or Bad TX
Weak or Bad RX

Interfence is a hard thing to track down. I would not fly again until you can confirm the problem
