the RTF NEXTAR has metal pushrods that run on either side of the RX antenna though with plastic clevices thats why I ran mine outside the plane just in case

Ok, I got the range check done with the engine running and everything seemed fine. I'm going to fly on Sunday and hopefully nothing bad will happen. I'll update and tell you guys what happened.

Ok Guys, I got to fly today and everything went fine. No problems at all. I wanted to thank you all for helping me fix this problem.
