I'm lucky I get to use 06, which is our disused. We have to get out the way of the police, but they are really good about us flying. In fact one of their pilots flies model jets.
I was trying to organise a jet meet last august. However one of our sgt's fell off the top of a Merlin and put himself in intensive care. My SENGO had agreed to OIC the event for me, that was until the board of enquiry. Needless to say he became a very busy man very quickly. So I had to shelf the idea, he had enough on his plate.
