The new BME 55 should be out with in the next month or so. It will come in over a pound lighter than the BME 50 and DA 50, I believe it is 2.1 lbs w/o ignition or muffler.
Just some food for thought.
Most of all the good 50cc class engines run very well if set up properly, pretty much flip a coin if you can't decide.
