I can't see any issue with one company making parts for a few different brands of engines. All the work is proprietary to each model and under contract, so no big deal. If you find a company that does what you want them to do, does it correctly, on time, and at budget ,you would think everyone would go there.

BTW, Ralph, what's wrong with chainsaw parts? They've been extremely effective and reliable for many, many years.
