question is the trailing edges lined up between the wing and aileron if it is then you can span the gap with some monocote. if not remove the hinges and put new ones in using 30 min epoxy CA will work but as you found out it drys quick and you cant adjust things like hinges,use a little vaseline in the joint to keep the epoxy out you should be able to twist the hinges out after using CA if not use a little de bonder in a syringe they should loosen up enough to remove. not with epoxy though they will be permanent
