I have not found any real specs for himark 2815 but I guess it would fly.
My Formosa is flying on an outrunner with about 150W turning an APC 10X6 SF.

Sounds like yours would probably be faster and lack some thrust, compared to systems turning bigger props (moving a larger volume of air).
