Man your linkage is screwed bro!

You need to pull the air filter and look down at the carb slide. either adjust your throttle linkage so it is closed all the way or what ever the manual calls for , or you can adjust your transmitter. Then if it does not start , it is probly due to your idle. Adjust it to get it to start. Then you can tune the high speed needle. As you lean the needle out the idle will rise. go back and adjust the idle screw. If the truck is moving with the brake applied then adjust you break linkage so it doesnt.

remember the final idle adjustment is done after the HSP and LSN is adjusted.
