Well, it's a 'Stang, the most modeled airplane after the Cub, so the wing and tail outlines should be rather easy to come by. But here is a picture of the plans, though the acid paper has turned them quite yellow, and the technology shown was also mired in the times.
As far as a "modern" pylon airfoil, so many are using ones that have NACA tacked onto the front of the numbers - these are over 60 years old...
You will surely have a better flying airplane if you increase the area and span from this original design and just add Watts until it goes like you want.
