I feel for ya man!!! I've never had anyone "turn on" on me while flying but at a local event several years ago I did have a guy in an electric wheel chair drive himself out on the runway to retreive his plane. My jet went dead stick----I circled as long as I could while screaming before it stalled and crashed. (About 2 1/2 circles) The plane was totaled. How much can you claim in small claims court in CA.? Here in Tennessee it is $15,000.

This provisional waiver program is a good one. I'm sure that I'm not alone in saying that you deserve a huge "ATTA BOY" for taking the initiative to get it going in your area. I hope this catches on everywhere next year, swelling our ranks!!!
