I took the engine from the boat and when i turn it over, it didnt have much compression so i took the head / piston and rings off and couldnt see anything wrong.
When i fitted it back together it had more compression, so i can only think that the rings had stuck in the grooves, Thats why there was so much fuel comeing from the carb and exhasut whilst trying to start it.
Fitted it back together in the boat and instantly it started, After adjusting the carb.
