Well I'm not totally sure from your description but it may be that your low speed needle might be too far out (rich) turn it 1/12th of a turn clockwise start it and leave the glowstarter on, lift it off the ground and gently blip the throttle. If you can keep it running, run it up the street/track whatever. if it runs but is still boggy turn it an extra 1/12th. don't turn it too much just a little at a time till it idles then pulls off on throttle. If it aint this then I don't know sorry
