If, after breaking in the engine, you left fuel in the line and carb, it's probably gummed up. The nitro evaporates and leaves everything else behind. Odds are that your carb needs a good cleaning. I had this problem with a used hyper that I got. I just got rid of the carb and used a carb from an OS RG. It fired right up and runs really well.
