Always buy the best you can buy and you can't go wrong.

On the other side of the coin, the 5955's are probably overkill for this plane... But I would get one over the 8611 for rudder anyday.

HiTec 5945's are really good servos for ths plane. I've got more moderately priced Futaba HD STarndard servos in the ailerons and elevators in mine and they are more than fine. I have a Futaba S9351 Digital on the rudder.. plenty of authority.
