interesting quote the last one, the elevator broke whilst hovering this sounds weird, very little load on the elevator, elevators normally fail when diving at full speed and then pulling up and most of the time you will hear the flutter before failure . about the %throttle at hover with a saytoe(saito) 100 about 60% and it will then go straight up on full off-coarse depends on prop size etc. we are now putting in a 120 2/stroke we need more. will post more on 3d after flight. covering is excellent, hardware fine but we always upgrade to dubro/greatplane hardware, we don't loose 200$+ planes for 1$ hardware and this goes for all our planes, we also always use the best servos we can afford same principal as on hardware applies, we have 2servos in tail, rudder is pull pull from cockpit also throttle with 2 in wing.
