Default manual scan

Hi Wolf,

I will take some more measurements later tonight, I think it's unlikely that my plane is a different version with a longer cowl (or recessed firewall) but anything is possible! I think by the look of your pics you have that engine well towards the back, I might have got 1-2mm more but nothing to speak of.

I had a good look at the fues yesterday and I can see it's quite easy to perform the tail servo modification (especially seeing as I haven't glued in my tail section yet). Thanks for posting that tip, it's definately the way to go and looks like it will have better angles of control too!

For those who haven't seen the manual, here's a scan of the section that details the cutouts they recommend for a 2s.... what a mess!

The next RCME (UK magazine) is to have information on venting cowls so that engines don't overheat. When it becomes available, I'll post the text.
