Thanks for the replys. I am positive it's not that the stinger is plugged, because my last engine(the 18ss motor) ran this way with the original muffler, then I broke the tip off, so I bought a new one, and it ran the same. The return line is about 8 inches long. I will check the low speed needle. I didn't play with that. That's not the same as the idle screw is it? On the carb there is the idle, medium speed(I thought), and the high speed needle. I'll play with the other one just to make sure.
