Default centering and hs-5625 / 5624

Hey Guys.

Does hs-5625mg have the same problems centering as the 5645s .
I have a 74" kangle cap 232 that i have been flying for about a year,to me it flies ok but i don't have a clue what a large scale plane should feel like.Because it's my first giant scale first gasser and i'm the only gasser and large scale pilot on the Island.I have been have a hard time getting this plane to do any 3d and have been trying to teach myself how to set up a model by learning from you guys at RCU.
I also just got a wild hare yak, which i wild be setting soon.

Question guys.

The Cap has.

5625 mg on the Elevator with 130 zo of torque and 14 sec speed at 6v
futaba s3010 on the aileron with 90 zo of torque and 16 sec speed at 6v.

Would it make any sense to switch these servo putting the 5625 on the ailerons and the 3010 on the elevator.Would it make the cap a better flying plane

Thanks Guys
