thanks for the encouragement, I very carefully checked the hor. stab. incidence, and it is negative 1.5 degrees. This explains the "tail heavy" flying chariteristics. I'll have to cut the stab off and re-attach it correctly. I've found a lot of bad set-up & assembly by the original owner.

I'll try to make as many notes as possible on the Zero setup, hope it helps somebody.
