Default Using a LiPo Battery for ECU

Hi guys,

I have a JetCat with Kero start and have been using the standard NiCad battery supplied with the JetCat engine to power the ECU with no problems - I get 2 or 3 starts with the NiCad.

When I try to connect a 4000mAh 7.4V LiPo battery from Duralite and change the settings in the version 5 ECU to "Battery: LiPo", I always get a failed start with the message: "Low battery".

I have tried 2 different LiPos. The batteries are fully charged. I have tried both settings for "Battery" in the ECU menu.

Has anyone had this problem when switching over battery types?
