Please guys, I really need help here.

I have a OS 160 with a JTEC in cowl muffler and a perry VP30.

I finished the installation in that weekend, But, when I tried to start the engine for the first time, the surprise came!

The engine do not start anyway!! When it works, is just for a few seconds.

The most curious thing is the carburator what drops a lot of fuel in which prop turn in my tries to start. I spent two 17 oz fuel tanks and the engine do not ran. There was a fuel puddle under the airplane after my tries. And the fuel tank is not pressurized

I try everything. I follow all manuals (pump end engine), I open and close all misture screws of engine, and I set in and out the pump´s screw! Here lives another problem. In one try I removed with no intention the pump screw. I immediately placed it in the place, but, anyway, nothing changed in the engine operate!

What´s wrong??
