Try taking your pull start off and check and see if it is bound up inside itself (mine just did the same thing yesterday and that fixed it) Was the glow plug in when you tried to turn it over by hand? If so take the glow plug out then try to turn it over by hand. If it doesnt I would return the thing because your engine might be seized. Also I would recommend getting a Torque Starter or a Starter Box.
