Try taking your pull start off and check and see if it is bound up inside itself (mine just did the same thing yesterday and that fixed it) Was the glow plug in when you tried to turn it over by hand? If so take the glow plug out then try to turn it over by hand. If it doesnt I would return the thing because your engine might be seized. Also I would recommend getting a Torque Starter or a Starter Box. It's much easier than a pull start (mine is on order) You can purchase them from [link]http://www.nitrohouse.com[/link] or [link]http://www.rcplanet.com[/link]. Thats where I found mine at. Hope I helped ya out a little.

I can't beleive you guys.He said it was new, what would you expect from a new engine.
It WILL stuck at TDC.You did good heating it up and try to do so everytime at least for 1G.
Be careful though since the pull starter won't take much abuse on a brand new engine.

With stock piston holes i use 20wt-35wt.If you drill the holes to 1.5mm then you'll need 40wt-50wt.
I race with 20wt oil with my hyper 7 and stock pistons in a bumpy track.
If it's smooth i would use 35wt front and 30wt rear.
BUT you won't know the difference if you don't try it out.
You will probably not notice any difference between 30 and 35 but you will if you go up or down by 10wt.
