I'm not familiar with Nelson Hobby paints, but I used testors Sea Blue (FS35042) for the dark blue and Intermediate Blue (FS35164) for the lighter blue. About any white will do for the bottom. Then I clear coated the whole thing with Minwax Satin Polyurethane.
