I have both the .45 and .46NT. Both are excellent engines.

First, put a Towers glowplug in your NT. You should get a huge boost over the OS 8 plug, as that is too cold. I also put a Towers muffler on mine and saw a jump in RPMs.

I'm using an APC 12.25x3.75 on mine now. It's on a Somethin Extra. I can hover at less than 1/2 thottle with it since switching to the Towers plug. An APC 11x7, or something in that range will get you a whole lot of RPMs, but it sure is strong with 12" props too.
